This is my parent's favorite place to get kbbq. Because they're not really huge fans of all you can eat meats (they don't like eating JUST meat for the whole meal), they love Il Mee because it's basically a buffet built into a kbbq place. You can go up and get some other Asian foods such as Korean pancakes, fried rice, salad, etc. I personally think it is good as a kbbq restaurant as well. There are fewer selections than a normal kbbq place, but the meats they have (brisket, mmm...) taste good. Definitely left happy and full, also nice to eat foods that aren't meat as well (they have a mini all you can eat sushi bar!) Price is reasonable. I think it was around $22 when we went? Not a bad price for what you get.

My favorite thing about this place is the price, you can't beat it for an AYCE sushi and KBBQ and they've got a nice selection of other Korean dishes. We came for lunch on a Sunday, seated immediately. Came right at opening so all the food was so fresh (which is what you expect for an AYCE place). We were served drinks immediately and were free to roam all their selections. I was super pleased with everything I saw, there is a perfect blend of different meats, veggies, seafood, dishes. Sushi rolls were abundant and the fish was enjoyable, not the best but still enjoyable. I wouldn't expect more for an AYCE place. We came back to the table, ordered a bunch of meat, and they came out quickly and started cooking everything for us. They were gentle and catering to our needs, I'm pleased with the service. Overall a good experience, I'm very happy with how much I spent and how much I got to eat. The place was clean overall and well maintained, contrary to the other things I'm reading in their previous reviews.

This place was our go to for late night Korean BBQ. The food was always great and we would overeat to our heart content. The late night deal was also great for budgeting college students. I haven't been in a good year but did swipe through some photos of roaches. I take these with a grain of salt because the accounts posting these are young and it's hard to take pictures of roaches and to post them on Yelp seems a bit sketchy. I will be visiting I'll mee again in the near future, maybe after a big lifting session in the gym.

We came here on whim and a craving and with a friend who loves the AYCE meat option! Pricing from Sun-Thurs dinner was a bargain at $18.99. I love their new format of ordering the raw meat via order form. Appears to be a lot more fresh. We had all the beef dishes and the yummy pork belly. Staff was very attentive and we enjoyed several platefuls of meat! Meat was tasty and I enjoyed it without all the marinade. The buffet had a good selection of food but some items were not labeled so it was hard to make a selection. This was also the case with the sushi area. Since I only eat the vegetarian sushi, it was easy for me to select but hubby and friend had difficulties with their selections. Overall, we had a nice dining experience and thus wanted to update my review.

As I mentioned before, my dad is a Buffet Don (he can out eat anybody...this was most recently proven when he won the Pho Eating Champion contest at VietFest last week coming in at 1:39 seconds...I am so proud) so eating at buffets is as normal as going to church for me. I've been to a lot of buffets before but Il Mee is my favorite. There is nothing fancy or special about it but it always does the trick. Since I am Asian and can spot a good deal without my contacts, eyes closed and with my hands tied behind my back my favorite time to go is after 10 pm (you can usually spot me in line at 9:58 peering hungrily through a foggy window) when they slash their prices to $10.95 per person. Unfortunately, this price does not include the hot bar or sushi that is served at lunch or dinner but I'm a girl who can appreciate her grilled meat so that is a-okay with me. My favorite way to eat bulgogi or kalbi is to put some rice in a lettuce wrap, add some meat on top, roll it up and then dip it in the sea salt/sesame oil mixture and then follow it with a kim chi chaser. Delicious! And since it's a buffet, I repeat this procedure until my heart is content. Unfortunately, or fortunately the vents aren't too great here so you will leave smelling strongly of Korean BBQ when you leave. My boyfriend rather likes the parfum of roasted meat so it's actually a win-win for me. Il Mee for President!

I always go here and am rarely disappointed. I just wanted to update everyone.. they have new signs hanging up.. everything is decreased by $1 for their buffet prices. Also, they are no longer open until 11pm.. they are open until 2am according to the signs! So lunch is no longer $13.95.. it is $12.95.. and they also have Soji late night specials or something according to their sign. I went a week or so ago when the new prices went into affect.. we had to wait 10 minutes for a seat.. at a buffet! .. it was THAT busy
